UL Invest announces it sold its stake in regulation technology (RegTech) company, Amfine, to Compliance Solutions Strategies (“CSS”), a portfolio company of CIP Capital. Located in Paris, Amfine assists its clients funds and asset managers to digitalize their regulatory and commercial reporting obligations.
As part of this transaction, UL Invest has decided to rollover 100% of its proceeds into CSS in order to continue the consolidation journey of the RegTech sector.
